Where were you when the PTI candidates were being arrested, pressurised to switch party, and those who insisted in running for PTI their nomination papers were snatched. Candidates backers were harassed, arrested or kidnapped. This was all done to prevent PTI candidates from participating in the 2024 General election.
Then the Supreme Court through CJ Qazi took away the party symbol (cricket bat). This act has been declared as unlawful by the judges.
The underlying case is related to PTI. The Sunni Ithihad Coincil lodged a petition because the PTI candidates were forced to choose another party. Despite choosing an alternative party the PTI candidates were still denied their women’s and minorities seats. The Sunni Ithihad Council was fighting the case on behalf of PTI. Subsequently PTI became a party to the case, as CJ kept denying references to PTI. Akram Raja who represented PTI exposed the ECP and its lies.
She nice a wrong was done to PTI by the Courts, then it is appropriate for the courts to rectify it’s wrong. This is what the judges have done, given the seats to its rightful owners.
