Yes, this exercise is great to practice tarot meanings regarding different aspects of life.
About the notes, please don't say sorry, so many youtubers do it, some even make scripts and rehearse them, and is all good.

In thinking about stories or situations you might be reminded of while doing a reading, I often find that songs or song lyrics will pop into my head when I'm doing readings. There will always be something pertinent that connects the song to the card or group of cards that can give me a short-cut or cut-to-the-chase interpretation in this. People I've read for tell me that this helps them understand how the card(s) in the reading have practical applications to their questions or concerns. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Thanks so much. I felt that I should do the spread gradually, 3 at a time as I can focus on what you intend for the those cards eg self,is that acceptable for this horoscope spread.Then shuffle and deal the next 3 cards when we know what those cards represent.I got the Hierophant, yes that really represents me at the present I am sure that represents you❤️🌟
