Report his vendor ID to the city, regardless of lack of consequence.
I don't understand how someone could care so little about you as a human being and potentially give you food poisoning period, then do it for $4. Some people don't have a conscious. Thank you for letting people know about these dangers.
Sour Kraut should be white!
I don't trust any of these guys in the city, except for Billy on W93 St. I wouldn't eat the hotdog that guy gave you.
someone opened a hot dog stand a few years ago, he couldnt make a go of it, he tried, but was very conscientious about his food, he laughed, he gave his dogs all left overs every night, so started fresh every morning, they were delicious, but he was in parking lot of business, not lots of traffic, so I understand why, but I miss him, as the dogs were better than any restaurant in town
Can’t believe you even risked it by taking a bite. We all know that dog was rank.
Whats missing from this video is an honest confrontation. "Hey, you sell low quality old food and aren't running a reputable business, and that extends to your personal ethics as well. Have a good one :)"
That was possibly the nastiest kraut I have ever seen, holy hell
Wow I never would've known the warning signs if you hadn't pointed them out. Next time I'm in NYC I'll be sure to keep my eyes open.
I hate to tell you this, but vendors are no different than fast food and other restaurants even fine dining. Food prepared in advanced, stored and used next day until used. It only has to be thrown out after a certain period. Even subway puts the old food in the fridge and uses it until it’s gone. Never thrown away unless it hits the ground.
This guy is literally out here .... educating us .... putting his well being on the line.... what a commendable effort
It amazes me you have not had food poisoning . You are one brave gentleman. Absolutely fantastic videos. Thank you.👍
Russian roulette again, very brave my friend, can't wait for next video
Your expression says it all when you took that first bite. Thank you for sharing the tips on old hot dogs in NYC.
Thanks Chris , For Watching Out For Everyone , So They Don't Go To The Wrong Cart. I Love Watching The Foot Traffic, And Cop On Horseback. Stay Safe.
You should've bought two of them and given one to the vendor to eat in front of you!
Before the info insert, I did notice the brown color of the sauerkraut!
You should have just walked away. I love telling them "NO!"
This was $4. This dude drowned it in mustard to cover the red flags.
First time seeing Sauerkraut brown from a cart. That so sad, even as a fellow hot dog eater and New Yorker. Maybe he needs to clean his glasses so he can see that it shouldn't be dark.
