Hi Laura! Thank you for posting this update and doing thorough research and reporting. It's a cautionary tale to research subscriptions before purchasing and checking their activity on social media. However in your case and many others you were unfortunately locked into an annual subscription and were still receiving boxes however late. I hope you can get answers and refunds. Great editing! 🙂
I hope we get answers or refunds as well. I forgot to mention that it is possible they are either going through bankruptcy or possibly an ownership change and are legally unable to say anything. I believe that is what happed with Alltrue.. but it still doesn't make sense for no communication.
Hi Laura, thank you for the video, I am one of the "waiting for a whole year of boxes, never received, they seam to string me along until the time limit was up with paypal to get a refund...I was not over concerned about not getting a box right away, because of their late history, but for sure felt strung along and mislead with my earlier conversations with them when they were answering back, probably in june or so. TFS Great video.
It was definitely unprofessional for them to string you along like that. I feel like their special that was offered was similar to the push Alltrue did toward the end as a last ditch effort to gain funds. Sorry you are out the whole amount. Maybe one day we will hear from them.
Wow! They were always a terrible company. I had quite a few issues with them a few years ago. From not sending the correct item, to making me send back items and then magically running out of replacement items, to being soo late with the shipping, taking forever for a reply, and boxes at one point became terribly cheap. I'm so glad I cancelled when I did. Contact your credit card company and send them all email exchanges you've had with the company. They should take care of it.

Agreed. My guess would be they were trying to gain some kind of last money gain to stay afloat and keep the business doors open, but in the end may not have been able too.
Thanks for sharing! It's a shame that they have taken advantage of so many people. Hope you and others can get things resolved. I saw many unboxings and even considered subscribing, but never did. I'm thankful now that I didn't!
Sorry you were ghosted. I canceled getting their subscription last year after they would charge you for the next box before you even got the previous box which I thought was fishy.

It is truly a shame because they did have some good boxes in the past... I hope we eventually get some resolutions as well.
They charged me for four seasonal boxes and didn't send anything. They also didn't respond to my emails :/
That is horrible. I have heard of a few people who also have gone through the same thing. Sorry this happened to you as well.
