I wish I still played flute, I turned to colorguard. I was orrigianlly still gonna do flute during school days but color guard practices got me so behind that I had to quit. At least I have my cousin to keep me company when I am not in colorguards practice or parades or concerts for colorguard or at ballgames where we perform half-time shows.

if you put a non sticky piece of tape on your flute where the keys are, it helps you with mussel memory. it helped when I started playing flute.
