The film is very brilliant and the hand drawn animated movie has tons of fun. The Pebble and the Penguin looks very enjoyable and utterly cool. The voice cast in the film, including Martin Short as Hubie, Jim Belushi as Rocko and Tim Curry has done a fantastic, but memorable job playing the villainous Drake in the movie. The songs in the movie look very good and this animated design look very perfect.
Don Bluth and Gary Goldman actually hated how much MGM was changing this that they quit during preproduction and demanded that their names were taken off

I really like the movie when I was a little kid. The Pebble and the Penguin was my favorite childhood film. 😊😊😊

Yeah, I didn't know that they were uncredited for this so that was a surprise.
