I like how you are challenging yourself, but also being realistic. when we try to completely change our routine it doesn’t work. We tend to be less motivated to keep going because it was too much at one time. I’m very guilty of this and you reminded me to be kind to myself and patient. honestly this video really helped me understand that feeling that I've been having recently, of feeling like I wasted my day, or the feeling of wanting to be lazy and not do anything. This video I think really helped me get into the mindset of how to not waste my days but be productive with them and make something out of them, and to feel good about my day when I go to sleep. Because we don't know how many days we have, and I want them to all feel like they count and be proud of myself for always doing something to make my day feel good. Thank you so much Aliyah~
Gym tip - eat carbs before you workout ! Protein takes too much energy to burn and carbs burn & replenishes easily! So anything like candy, rice crisps (caramel is the best one) fruit snacks , fruit etc hope this helps 🫶🏾🩷
debating on doing this challenge now, bc I participated in ramadan this year for the first time and it was like... the first time i ever felt a semblance of peace and control over my day. it felt structured, but not so structured i was going haywire. i was productive. the fasting was hard some days, but rewarding, and i actually started gaining a healthy amount of weight again... idk watching this felt really calming, but also really inspiring!! also it felt like i was getting insight into your brain, and it was v cool. 🏋🏽🏋🏽

Maybe for the book rule, maybe on the days where 20 pages seem daunting, maybe 20 minutes of the audio book can be a good replacement for that day :))
