I always wondered how difficult the life of a professional dancer is. There are prodigy dancers like Maika who started dancing at like 4 years old, but for others like Acky who started much older, it must take so much work and a strong soul to not give up and continue to age 47 today! But even then, after winning so many prominent competitions and becoming one of the most recognizable dancers in Japan, Acky was still struggling with money... I can only imagine what kind of hardship average dancers go through. Not everyone can become a dance instructor right? It must be so hard for everyone... Even then we mustn't give up. The greater the hardship and perseverance, the louder it speaks about your passion. Just like Acky said, there is no point in thinking that much about money. One way or another we will find a way to survive. Our dream MUST live on!
Ibuki already participated in SDC S4,you can watch it here in YT.And also Ibuki will return this upcoming S5 as a Senior Contestant with other selected Professional dancers including Acky san.She doesn't need to compete or do the battle She will just intruct the young dancers.Since this S5,SDC staffs change a little bit of concept of this show.Previously it was "Battle for Peace" and they change it to " Battle for Hope"
If the event was made into a World Championship! The captain of the Japanese team should be led by Kimura Takuya. The captain of the Korean team is Rian, the captain of the American team, Mars brother, the French captain, Ricky Martin.
The Chinese and Koreans are strong at creating these kinds of shows. And they have popular idols. Wouldn't it be possible to create big dance shows in Japan?
If anyone can do it, then Japan can do it. Japan have different shows to other parts of the world and they can take risks with shows like this. In my country Australia dance is not very popular we had 1 dance show which was So You Think You Can Dance Australia and it got cancelled because nobody watched it. In Korea, China and the US the dancing shows are popular. I don't know about Japan but I think they could do it really well but it depends if it will be popular or not. Like Acky said the Kpop idols and famous Chinese actors are what make people watch it so Japan needs some celebrities to be on the show
It is a very good idea to mix idols with street dancers because dance is very present in this environment. And idols are quite numerous and very popular. So there are really a lot of show concepts to create with that. Also I think some street dancers deserve to be considered celebrities!! dancers like Ibuki, Kyoka, Maika,... are very powerful dancers with an interesting personality. They could be a group of girls famous in China in a show
I find it a pity that there are not more dance competitions like SDC in other countries. It's fun to see a lot of different dancers dancing together. There are some Japanese dancers I'd love to see on this show, like rushball 🙏🙏
@@oneandonlyflowSDC is a TV show where different dancers dance together in a friendly way, it's not the same as a simple competition like Summer dance forever.
@@drama_sia1144 right but there's a pretty big entertainment aspect to it. I guess a lot of ppl do it for fame. I don't think other countries would be able to do something as big as SDC tbh.
