Actually it should've mentioned 1/4th of the set temperature. we admit the mistake, while recording, due to typing mistake instead of 1/4th it was typed as 1/4rd so later recording person did the same thing. Good Observation. And let me tell you, actual meaning Cold press is Extracxting oil without adding water. Where in Bigger Mills, you might have observed adding water. So in simple, Extracting oil from Dry substance (Seeds) without adding water is called as Cold Pressed.

Zucin home oil maker is a good product. We using it from past 8 months. Good quality ojl we get. But oil capacity is little less you hould increase the capacity from one kg per hour to 2 kg per hour capacity. So it will be more convenient.

I am using ZUCIN cold oil press machine at my home. Its good quality machine. I am extracting coconut and ground nut oil from ZUCIN machine. out put quality of edilble oil is very good. One disadvantage of extracted oil is, i cannot store it for more than 5-6 weeks.
If you cannot store extracted oil for more than 5-6 weeks means .. it is a good for health. As per Ayurveda anything which can't stay for long in room temperature is good for health.
