I know this is a super late reply, but I was just going through some older comments that I missed. That's so exciting! Congrats on getting yours! :) I would definitely recommend getting it extended because even wearing it, I noticed the necklace tends to move around on my neck and sometimes it still looks shorter even with the extension.

I ordered from the boutiques with 5 motif guillochét bracelet.Just pick up the bracelet. She just gave me the box with no wrapping and authentic card, no travel pouch, no cloth,no chocolate, no champagne. I spent $6000 and I just got the box and authentic card. That is it.

I know that the gifts with purchase can vary from store to store, but that's really a bummer that you didn't get anything, especially considering how much money you spent. I don't know how long ago your purchase was, but if it was fairly recent, you should call Van Cleef's customer service and just explain your experience with going into the boutique and how disappointing it was. Who knows, they may be able to send you something or at the very least provide some feedback to the location that you purchased from. I'm sorry that was your experience. :(

Next day, prices increase but she did not honor the prices so I went back to the store and purchased at Oct 31 after prices increase took them 12 days to resize. I'm not happy about prices increase i did pay $400 more I think. I do like the bracelet just pick it up Nov 12. I did call VCA on the phone they said I can go back to ask them for the pouch or asked store in Newyork or in Texas or any store location if I ever go there. But since I buy in the store. They will not send me the pouch from online. Customer services VCA is not good at all to be honest. But I do need travel pouch for travel b/c this gold bracelet is scratches very easily.
