So basically in the beginning Sunghoon won by choosing rock when everyone else chose scissors, so he got the chance to confess to Chole. In the MV we saw how they would have confessed to her if they won the game which was not REALITY yet. At the end when the screen zoomed-out then Jungwon as well as the members regained after looking into the FUTURE. So when they actually played the game ALL OF THEM chose ROCK except Ni-ki cause he knew everyone looked into the future and thus wanting the fate for themselves but Ni-ki outsmarted them by throwing a paper. In the ending scene, we saw Chloe in the car.He already confessed to her when the line says "Just say O babe" as he was mouthing it. So Ni-ki was smirking cause he successfully had what’s supposed to be Sunghoon's fate to be his.
It was Romance Untold as the rest of them never got a chance to express what they really feel for Chloe except for Ni-ki.

I love your theories and I think they are right on. It helps to know where this MV and album fits in the story arc. According to their timeline this comeback is after they leave the orphanage in “The Children of Vamfield” (the Given-Taken MV) and before the storyline in Dark Moon the blood altar Webtoon and MV like “Drunk -Dazed and “Tamed-Dashed”. In the years between those time stamps they have grown into their powers. In the first decades they lived in the woods, and on the run until they met a human benefactor who gave them a house a home base. Over time they had to relocate several times because they don’t age and might get discovered. Information about their different identities and careers was covered in the “Dark Moon OST album and album tin. They were spies at one point. Later they had many different jobs, one was a pilot, another a doctor, dancer, chef, taxi driver, and hotel worker. In the Y2K era of “Blessed-Cursed they owned a tec company called Vesselsoft. (the fireworks are a reminder of that time) While we don’t know how they got to the town in the concept film for this comeback we know that they had already decided it was time to move on. They planned to go to Riverfield, the town where Decelis Academy is located . They talk about that in the concept film. This MV is most likely what happens once they get to Riverfield ( there is a street sign with the name Riverfield on it in the MV) but before the Dark Moon Webtoon starts. That is when they meet Sooha and later Selen (the girls in the Dark Blood and Orange Blood era. Chloe is human while Sooha and Selen are not.

In the intro they were playing rock, paper, scissors to know who'd be the seeker/tagger for a game of hide and seek/tag. I don't think you can tell by just watching the m/v but in the behind video they were playing a game which i'm assuming was either hide and seek or tag, with the captions being something like "this is an m/v behind not an en-o'clock episode"
I don't think that have any relation to the story of the mv their were just playing and having fun behind the scene

@lindas5511 got a lot of the premise that this mv falls into the past so while we were current in the orange blood era and ended on the cliffhanger with the doppleganger for sooha aka Selene being possibly evil and taking shion/sunoo and biting him possibly making him vampire again and will perhaps lead to all of them re-choosing the cursed life to save him but we haven’t got there yet. The concept cinema jumped backwards and now this is before their safe time in decelis and before meeting &team or the werewolves. The other vampires causing chaos in their world are probably the other types in the webtoon but the mv and content so far has only really hinted at these red cloaked evil versions.
Watching this I took it initially as a romance dream and it was when I saw jungwon snap out of it I thought this is them in riverfield (where decelis school is and where they start a new chapter) and for a moment he was thinking about what it would have been like with Chloe there. Also to note that Jakah in the webtoon is jungwons alter and he has the power of speed but after mastering that he can actually manipulate time itself.
Powers wise also touches of some of the others too.
Shion/Sunoo has the power of captivation and this expands to mind control, imaginary world projection and according to previous content the potential to cause mass massacre.
Solon/sunghoon is half werewolf half vampire and can transform into a wolf.
Heli/Heesung is the leader of the vampires and his power is in telepathy as it grows from short to long range as he matures.
jaan/Jay his is super strength and it only increases in amount as he improves.
Jino/Jake has fire, at first start little sparks but power leads to full control over size, temp and strength of the fire.
Noa/Niki he works in shadows and can both hide in it but also manifest within the darkness. Darkness also helps him heal and recover.
In the mv I could see jungwon perhaps using his power of both speed/time manipulation and Niki using the shadows to pause people even shion showing the illusion for Chloe in her mind.
I wondered if up till the finger snap by heesung that it was jungwons daydream of them all who he knows himself have feelings for Chloe and how they would express it as they are aware they are missing someone or something and with the care and compassion that Chloe showed them they think it’s her. At the end with Chloe in the car it could either be nikis moment to imagine her with them in the car and using night and shadow to pause the cars and people nearby? It could also be that they did find and meet up with Chloe who they wanted to rescue and take with them. The little bat in Shion illusion is his happiness that he doesn’t have to hide what he is with her. She accepts his butterfly and sunshine heart but also knows their darker secret.
In the making of special they talk about their vampire awakening as the darker side of the mv it’s their truth that they have the desire for love and a normal life because one day long ago they were human with all the same hopes but the curse they chose to carry was to protect and serve someone. Orange blood and sweet venom was their brief moment of being human again and I believe the follow up to that will be giving up the humanity that they craved for so long to save their brother and sooha too.
They each had a romance idea they wanted to share so they wanted to show what each of them wanted to do on a date. The normal romantic youth filled human lives that they crave back because they cannot yet recall the reasons for their transformation and why they are vampires.
