I’m from BC Canada this house is stunning! Easily would be around anywhere from 2-4mill depending on area. Our house when we bought it was brand new 5 years ago 2700sq ft and 679,000 CAD. Nowhere near this build style and quality! Might have to move to the states lol

Just went to their website and 5 bedroom, 4 bath in Fate and they have listed it over $920,000. That leaves me to ask you, where/who told you it's under $600,000? Am genuinely asking and planning to move to the area soon.
This looks nicer than some of the million dollar + homes I've seen. The only thing I hate is spending so much and the homes are stacked on top of each other.
I just watched a couple of his videos, and all of them definitely look incredible. And like you said better than some million dollar homes but in all of the videos all the houses are stacked like you said. 😭
