This channel is all about snipers, sniping and FPS shooters! I mainly do Battlefield 2042 Sniping but I also play Call of Duty, Battlefront and I love Battle Royale. I often play solos, duos and squads on my livestream. I have 1000 hours experience in every Battlefield and I hope to play more FPS games in 2020. well if u notice in this video he takes most of the shots on stationary targets and ignores the ones running. Basically u have to have better target priority. The ones he take on moving targets are the ones running in straight lines or for example the ones going up/down ziplines
Yeah I’ve had my ass handed to me tryna snipe moving targets. Does help me in upping my sniping game instead of only going for static players, but I don’t want to just stay still and wait till I see players who stop moving, giving me an opportunity to go for easy headshots. I should stop tryna kill every enemy I see, and instead prioritize fights that are fit for my sniping skills. I feel I was doing good in this game until I pulled out my sniper loadout.

I would love use the sniper in this game if my scopes don't bug out from switching from 6x to 4x. Dice has A LOT of work to do on this game.

@@Simply_Melancholy throwing ammo/health crate causes that, switch to side arm before throwing crate to stop it bugging out scope, if scope is bugged switch sights to undo bug.

@@Maddpadd I keep getting that scope glitch every now and then and it’s frustrating cause I switch to a 6x scope on my sniper but somehow it has the same zoom as a 1x iron sight and I don’t know how to fix it since it doesn’t solve until I die so if you know how to solve it or stop it from happening please I’d like to know

Why is the "one-shot" an issue? Sniping is supposed to be like that? It is literally ANTI-MATIEREL and a gigantic fuck-off gun.
They can tweak other things to make it a little more inefficient, but they do not need to make a strong sniper weak on purpose, for the sake of it. Make each sniper have some individuality for choice.

all depends how easy it is to get the headshot really. Should usually be 1 shot but the bullet velocity is what makes this opp.
Snipers irl are different from snipers in videogames. Snipers in games should be balanced, like the rest of the weapons in the game. A 1 shot sniper to the chest from 0 to 100 meters is not balanced. You can tell its not balanced by the fact that during the Special Event were Content Creators were invited, everyone was running Armor Plates to mitigate being one shotted by that gun. That gun literally forces other players to use a Gadget that otherwise they wouldnt use. Thats when you know a gun is broken, when it forces other players to run a specific meta item instead of playing how they fucking want. Also, cant you see why Snipers are broken? All the maps in this game are open wastelands with 0 cover, cant you figure out that Sniping is literally unfair because you can shoot players but they cant defend themselvs? Something fair when everyone has the same chances to survive. Games are not meant to be like real war. When dummies like you will figure out this simple concept? Battlefield games arent even realistic. Get good at the games instead of asking DICE to make their games easy. This game is a mess because they listened to dummies like you.
I've been mainly playing as a medic with the PP smg and the burst AR. I used to snipe a lot in previous BF games apart from BFV so hopefully I can get back in the groove of sniping after not sniping since BF1 which I last played around February 2020. Gonna be trying this sniper out in a few mins as I'm only level 42 atm.
Hey dose anyone know how many bullets it takes to kill someone with the M5A3. Because for me it takes a whole ass magazine with hit markers to kill someone. Seems very under powered to me
I think it's a combination of the trash time to kill and equally trash hit reg on top of the awful input lag that bulks down the entire game
It’s because there is bullet spread so you need to tap fire like 90% of the time
try using the short barrel. It increases the recoil but also increases the rate of fire, meaning quicker ttk. I had the same problem as you, and switching to a close quarters build centered around the short barrel improved my performance with the gun. It still has WAY too much recoil for an M4 analogue though.
It's 5-6 to body 4 to the head at any range using single fire so the same should apply to auto but the hit registration in 2042 is atrocious at the moment

I know stodeh is insane but this sniper is crazy. Borderline hitscan at 250m. I don’t think the long range snipers of the older games really came close to that.
With all the new sliding, tach sprint, zip line, glide suit in the game, it is logical to have faster bullet velocity sniper
The SRR-61 in BF4 was pretty close to this tbh.
Combined by the aiming speed of the 8x wich doesnt make sense at all. It has more zoom and it is faster than the 6x. I mean how does that make sense to whoever makes up the stats?

Completely agree on the necessity to buff standard weapons.
Snipers are in a good place and just need the other guns to be able to compete.
I love the feel of the ARs, but continuously feel as if I’m playing a RNG simulator as to whether my shots will land.
Slightly higher accuracy would help a lot.
They need to buff the AR and LMG it is retarded how SMGs are better than EVERYTHING. U see ppl using a PP19 with a 4x scope it is just retarded...
Is the MP28 secondary better than the G57 on burst mode? Because I’ve yet to see anyone use the burst mode and changing to MP28 instantly.

sniper is so good because every other auto in the game sprays out like a fucking shotgun pattern. that and the maps sizes I guess.
The map sizes are just too big - with open large maps likes the ones that launched with bf2042 it will be sniper main all the time. We would need 400 people or more

One of the worst experiences I've had with snipers in a game in a while. Even with the DXR-1 fully loaded, I still somehow need to lead on targets 10m in front. Then it is hopeless because ADS spam will make it all about luck. My ping is 40 and my PC cost $4k..

yea cause sniping is the only way to kill anyone. SMG is more accurate over 30meters than an AR. An AR hits nothing over 30m :D Its soooooo freaking broken as a game I refunded the hell out of it instantly. Imagine also not having voice coms in a game in 2021. I mean it only got implimented in FPS in what 2001? Total scam company as usual with EA.
There was nothing surprising about this release though, it is in line with all other bf releases and will probably get better over time, how much time, that is the question of course. My expectations were actually lower than what they released, based on all info leading up to release and the open beta, it was pretty clear it was going to be a very rough release.

I actually hope they don’t buff any small arms because I miss the bf3 days where gunfights lasted up to a minute. Both players just spraying at each other and missing, suppression all around the screen, having to lean on cover and strategy rather than being able to do all the new cod mobility maneuver crap.
glad supression is almost non existant in this game. Supression was the worst thing about bf3 and bf4 it was terrible not being able to counter fight with a sniper because u are supressed...
this looks like a great sniper just wish they would have used a more classic or old style for one of the 3 sniper rifles. at least we have the M24 and the GOL on BC2.
Honestly not a fan of any of the weapon models. I'm not necessarily into JUST classic or old-school (though older weapons do look nice), but I'm not a fan of this strange plastic warfare we are playing.

Theres plenty people out there who can do this. Aim assists on controllers included otherwise most wont his as much.

The general consensus for all of time has been that m&k is more precise by far and the only people who say different are little crybabies who died to a controller player once and had their ego bruised.

This sniper feels so underrated, honestly prefer it to the others, got snappy doubles close up and at 600+m” legit has not changed a bit. Let me just say, if you want a bunch of kills go for extended mag, if you want any other type preferably HP rounds for getting those heads

I suffer from long range sniping with snipers so I prefer to use the SVK dmr for mid to long if my aim is good enough. I can't hit headshots that well so I go for body shots, and I found the SVK great at it since it's basically a guaranteed 2-shot kill even with armor on. And the AP rounds is awesome for sniping tank drivers, I got lucky one time I guess and I sniped a tank gunner somehow when I hit the right spot where he's sitting in the weapons station seat.
Is that a one shot to the body like the last unlock-able sniper? Cant tell because you’re not missing the heads

I wanted to unlock this specific gun in game, the DSR-1 but sniping in this game is horrible, by the time bullets get to their destination the target either died of old age or by someone else using an SMG, or the frequent case of bullets disappearing after leaving the barrel, so clear stand still targets not getting hit

As someone who struggle with running headshots, I found the first unlock dmr is insane. 2 body shots and they’re dead.
I cannot get on with that scope though..

I really enjoyed that video it was sick to see some of the kills that were not just a quick scope but that actually required a good aim.

I’m enjoying this game quite a bit but I feel the assault rifles need a buff. The carbines/smgs be slaying out at distance and in general better than the ARs do.
I’ve been hearing so many bad things about the game but you look like you’re thoroughly enjoying yourself. Glad to see it cause I’ve been looking forward to this game for awhile and nowadays it seems like a trend to complain about everything. As if we didn’t already know that almost every battlefield launched with issues.
Best launch of all the battlefields ive owned. Since 3. Didnt crash once yesterday or lag out
"Issues" is a very optimistic way to call it. Game is literally broken and an unplayable pos. Crashes, Lag, Hitreg problems, Performance and FPS problems, Mouse sens problems, Gun balance problems, vehicle balance problems + the fact they take 0 skill to use, no skill gap, no learning, Maps have 0 cover and 0 flow with too much waste land between objectives, Spawn System is terrible like in BF1 and V, start of the match cutscene literally spawns you in the red zone or the vebicle in the cutscene crashes killing you and 10+ players in your team right at the start, no AI Anti Air vehicle stopping Helicopters and Jets from Spawnkilling, lack of transport vehicles, Mckay is Meta because of the hook and nimble perk and all the other specialists might aswell not exist, gadget balance is terrible, you cant change team, jump squads or make a private squad, no leaderboard at the end, Settings tell you one thing but they do another, Visibility is bad, Old gen consoles is unplayable 20 FPS, graphics and immersion arent good, Vehicles still glitch in the sky, hitboxes are janky, Helicopter and Jet physics are still terrible, AI shouldnt exist and even the Portal weapons, gadgets and vehicles are not balanced...I can go on and on.
@@IlNamelessKinglI 95% are issues to be solved in 3 to 6 months. This is to be expected from a BF launch so give it time and they'll fix it like they did with pretty much every bf since 3.
@@Shyvorix 3 to 6 months? AHAHAHAH. Bro the Vehicles alone will take 1 year IF they want to fix them. They literally have the shittiest physics of any game Ive played, no balance and no depth. There is 0 skill in vehicle combat. Then there is the horrible performance and hitreg, one of those 2 will never be fixed. Maps cant be fixed either because they probably take max memory. You cant add cover in those maps to make them better. You are delusional, honestly.
@@IlNamelessKinglI Hitreg has been considered to be server side BUT there's potential it has to do with weapon handling. That won't take long to mess with. Performance will be on both dice and Nvidia but we don't even know the source of the problem so we got 0 clue how long that'll take. Maps are the potential big issue, but vehicles, it will depend greatly. Honestly I've tried the vehicles and they feel better to me than from older BFs but I'm used to a more arcadey style (but ironically I liked Arma's flying even more than Battlefield's lol).

I have a GTX 1080 and a Core I7 6700k, and on medium-ish settings, it runs smoothly and looks good too.
