surreal the first 12 minutes or so . very nice , thank you . In the movie and photography business we called this the blue hour or magic hour . You have a nice balance of sky color in the background , skylight and artificial light balanced on objects, trees and buildings . The front light of the train is nice fill in light too .

The city looks quite different at night! The new construction is encouraging, though clearly there is more to do. They may soon regret demolishing any part of these rail lines!

How are the trains from Pancevo Chemical Plant and Refinery going to reach the mainlines if this line is demolished? Are they going to use the tunnels used by BeoVoz commuter trains? This is kind of problematic because those trains have a very high frequency and there will be little time for maintenance once the freight is also diverted through there.
In Serbia, railway tracks are never maintenanced! Waiting to collapse completely and after 40 years tracks are rebuilt. Unfortunately, freight trains have to go through tunnels of the city railway. This is done mostly in the night hours.
Is there any plan to reactivate the track by the Danube and Sava? It could be part of the BG:VOZ and people could reach downtown from Centar after they arrive there without the hassle like today. The enter point could be from Pančevački most, and the terminal by the Old Bridge or Brankov. With a stop in Dunav, Dorćol and maybe at Kalemegdan by Pristanište. With a protected track, elevated speed and train sets with good acceleration it could take maximum 15 minutes to reach downtown. Without a metro it could be very useful, quick and cheaper solution until you get a metro. And it would be an occasion to rethink the french/chinese metro plans, because those are rubbish. Among the many flows: Belgrade has evicted the main railway station to the middle of nowhere and now it wouldn't even have metro connection? That's insane. Sajam is not an option. It's a bridge. How big of a train stop could you build there? And what's the point of Centar if everybody will want to arrive to Sajam or Vukov spomenik? :) Greetings from Budapest, I can hardly wait to go back to Belgrade. That city sure deserves more.

Hello! In my opinion, complaining about railways in Serbia is too pessimistic. A new railway station (Beograd Centar) was built in Belgrade, the railway line linking Belgrade with Budapest will be modernized (up to 200 km / h). Keeping the old railway station, which has just gone to demolition is pointless, because it is the end station, can not be stopped by long-distance trains coming from one end of the country to the other, which is caused by the change of locomotive and lengthening the travel time. The railway line which was presented on the film is in a very bad technical condition, and the cost of modernization would be huge, while its removal will have a better effect on the place for development of new housing estates and will increase the space and security on the promenade by the Sawa river. The location of the new station is much better and creates better conditions for the development of the city. For your not-so-rich country (this is the truth and this must also be taken into account, and not blame the government), it is better not to throw money into subordinate railway lines, and to take care of the main railway lines. This is the opinion of a man from Poland - we also had problems with the railway, but now it is changing very quickly. Regards and invite you to visit Poland, test our railway lines and maybe record some movie!

Nenad Sta ,sta prica pa ovake su nam skoro sve pruge a ona nije carobnjak da ih napravi odmah.Da je se radilo zadnjih 20 godina( a ocigledno da nije) malo pomalo na njima ne bi bili u ovakoj situaciji sa prugama.Citam cesto komentare kako je ljudima zao stare zeljeznicke stanice sto iskreno ja ne mogu da razumem.Putovala sam 2017 godine i stanica i SVE oko stanice ukljucujuci autobusnu izgleda KATASTROFALNO.Beograd je sve veci i veci tako da mu treba veca zeleznicka ili vise zeleznickih stanica kao i autobusna.E sad kad ce to biti zavisi od prvo vlade pa onda love.Najvaznije je da se pocelo raditi na infrastrukturi kroz nasu drzavu a kad se nesto pocne onda se i zavrsi .Zoki svaka cast i 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😘😘😘za istrajnost i trud.
Deconstructed, aka, removed.. Traffic will now use different set of tracks going under the city center which were at first projected as part of a metro which never happened.. This whole area along the coast should be turned into the huge river park.
Not exactly canceled.. more like its construction never even started, if you dont count few bored tunnels which leads to nowhere... IT is popular trick before elections for the last 40 years or so.. Every politician likes to promise metro :)
They were stationed on now non existing main station depot and some homeless people set them on fire by accident like 10 years ago. The heat was so bad that some of cars bent. No idea why they were still on tracks they should sell them as scrap by now.
