Thanks Gustav! I break feathers and thread all the time! 😅 You can see in many of the videos how close I actually am to ripping the tying thread on the hook point. Good thing i use a multi strand gsp otherwise it would just be videos of some guys cursing and breaking tying thread!😅

This is also a great fly for picky trout tied on a size 12 or 14. I tend to skip the middle hackle and change the front hackle to partridge instead in those sizes 👍
