Its a little bit predatory to prioritize hiring high school grads right before college and get sales from friends and familys' sympathy, but I understand the business model. I sold Cutco for a summer and it was a pretty great experience, nice team, good commissions, and you do actually learn some good sales strats. I'm now a graduate with a masters degree in Marketing and Retail Science from Stern/NYU Shanghai now, still have fond memories of vector times.
When your doing employee testimonials it would make them more credible if you put their socials under their name and how much they made in their first year that way us prospective employees trying to determine what’s true and what’s not can see for ourselves these are real people with real experiences that can be verify first hand if this was true or not.
This is all they want. information about you could be worth at least several hundred dollars a year to Facebook and Google alone. For someone living in the United States, your data generated over $600 in revenue for just those two companies last year, according to our analysis of their regulatory filings.
We must be about the same age - that 40 mark is a shocker! It's just direct sales - companies that aren't legit wouldn't be around since 1981. Have a great day. ~Stephanie
