I got a broken phone but was so lucky that they sent another phone ASAP with another earbuds as complimentary gift with a set of PC from the tour merch. Was so greatful and so happy as I did not expect it! I didn't get poster the first time they sent but did get it the second time they sent
Also I ruined the box as soon as I touched it 😭😭😭 it ws so hard to take it out!!!!
Yeah I was thankful because I saw a comment on another video where their phone came broken and was not able to get another due to overseas exchange and thank you thus will cost me a full day at work for a month to repay it back 😭

@@babyxoxo862 the back of the phone was scratched up a bit and there was small cracks. I had took pictures of my phone and sent it to the CS. They had told me return the phone back to them with shipping paid and then sent me another phone which I recieved shortly after
I love BTS but I don't think I'd wanna spend $1k for a phone..
Especially since I'm a pretty clumsy person. I don't wanna break it cause of my clumsiness..

I was contemplating whether to buy this phone especially during this time as I'm unable to work full time but went ahead and let me tell you... My card rejected 😂😂😂😂 because it thought it was stolen I realised then that I've never spent that much in one go 😭😭😭
