I have been reading up but I dont know that I understand exactly . When you buy the lock box then you open the package and to make the unit go live you register its serial number and the email and details of the owner or user By downloading the Master Lock app and putting that info onto their database . Right so the email address which is registered is the administrator or controller in perpetuity nominally . Read the contract small print ... So if this administrator wants to re-code ( it only communicates with Blue tooth not an email or mobile phone signal so technically they must be within blue tooth range ?? ) the box they cant do it unless they have proximity so they can send a code to someone who is close to the safe allowing them to open the safe . But they cant piggy back onto that users phone to communicate to reset the password / pin
I live in North America and need some one in the UK to access box. Is there anything specific I should know about the settings for sharing long distances?
Hello I recent bought a new phone and now when I sign into my app, it says ‘access expired: please make sure your phone is online to refresh your lock information’. I cannot change access codes. It the Bluetooth key box.

I’ve put the correct code in but it won’t open , the green light is coming on but it won’t open ; any ideas ? I’m the property owner so have the app

If this is blouetooth only, how in the world can you give someone access without being in bluetooth range (io, at location) of the lock?

Nothing of note, it worked very well for me. If you have specific requirements, best check with the manufacturer prior to purchase.
So has anyone found a way to decode it or beat it besides physical attacks?
