In Australia and New Zealand (probably a lot of other places too), at intersections when you both have a green light, you must give way to oncoming traffic if you don't have the green turn right arrow. Most of these intersection ones were people who didn't give way..

As an Australian I can say I've seen my fair amount of car crashes, most recent was that I was going to maccas (McDonald's) with my mother and this car is driving to the motel near while a car a full speed rams into the side. Both cars flipped over and ppl had to go to the hospital, all were okay and lived but the road was closed off for a couple days
As an Australian I feel proud of myself for playing geoguesser with these car crashes and getting one right😀.

@@shmaidenshartsden idk what your on, it was a busy road with no zebra crossing. It is not the drivers job to be checking for pedestrians crossing a busy road like that, look at how much space was ahead of the driver. That's what you get when you try and take shortcuts across a busy road.
@@mikeylong-un3ip it is absolutely the driver's job to take caution when all of the cars in the parallel lane have come to a stop. in australia the pedestrian has the right of way AT ALL TIMES. this driver was ignorant and injured a pedestrian due to their inability to follow the crowd. EVERYBODY else on that road was at a complete stop.

The crash at 2:32 i believe, is the dash cams drivers fault. To my understanding what was suppose to happen was the dash cam driver was suppose to pull into the middle of the intersection and wait until the oncoming cars have passed and is safe to continue the turn.
I'm not sure if i explained it well but it's called a box turn.
Not sure I've ever heard of it called a box turn but the explanation is right.
If you have a green light but not arrow you can turn when it is safe to do so, therefore its the dash cam guys fault.

the one turning right has to give way because they are going straight they have the right of way. The person turning right is doing a manoeuvre so they have to give way before turning. We have pretty bad road rage esp if you come across the wrong driver
