"Cracking an Internship Interview in 8 minutes" - I do not see this as a major accomplishment or consider this as something extraordinary even if it was an internship opportunity for an IIM student. I am recruiter in IT and I've seen interviewers take the call in a jiffy whether the candidate is worthy of the role and I'm talking about Managerial positions which are very crucial to run operations. It is a skill of the interviewer who has years or maybe decades of experience going through thousands of profiles and interviews and judging the competency required for the job in minutes. I scoffed at the title of the video, this is my day to day job 😁
