If noise is an issue in unmanned parks it is the same as any location. Can call police to lodge a noise complaint if unable to ask for them to stop. Was there no after hours mobile number posted for such matters?
Yes, they had a number available but it just went to an answering machine - not much use ... Most of the time in most places noise isn't a huge issue as most people know to knock it off soon after midnight. We have had a couple of problems in free camps as well but thankfully it is pretty rare.
Thats a great looking place but disappointing there is no onsite management. The toilets look like some more at home in the Kimberlys. As for the hoons I think I would of gone over at turned the radio of with a hammer.
I can’t handle the all nighter people who have no regard for others. That’s why I only go to spots where they aren’t comfortable going. They don’t like traveling too far to be rowdy. Usually they’re local.
Have you stayed at Westbay Retreat? What did you think of it? What is the best caravan park you have ever stayed at in Western Australia?

Yeah, would have liked to turn off their noise like that but sadly I would get myself into too much trouble.

Yup, have to agree, the further away from towns we get the more we like it.
