1 kg rice
250grams black lentil/masoor
2 whole chickens
2 tablespoons ginger/garlic paste
6 green chillies
4 onions
3 tomatoes
5 cinamon sticks
10 cloves
4 cardamom pods/elachi
6 aniseeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds/somph
Vegetable Oil
6 tablespoons of mixed masala
7 potatoes
2 cups water

This recipe has got to be the best I’ve seen because the rice comes out perfectly and it is not sticky. The potatoes and chicken are left to cook properly and without breaking them up by constantly turning the rice in the pot. It is amazing! A good deed you’ve done.
