When I finally stopped buying LPs and cassettes in the late '80s, I recall that I had 150 LPs and 300+ cassettes (none of which were duplicates).

Back in 1976 the radio audience was fooled by Kiss, thinking that this was a new Rod Stewart song. They should've known better because that same year, Kiss had released 'Beth' as a 'throw away' on the B-side of their 'Detroit Rock City' single. Instead of playing 'Detroit Rock City, DJ's started to flip the single, playing Beth. Thus Kiss ended up with a MASSIVE hit. Maybe you should check Beth out. You'll be in for a surprise. Love your video's by the way.

This is why many people love KISS, they were very versatile in adopting a song style from the era they were in. just wait till you hit the 80's, heavy metal and power ballads!

I got into KISS in 1975, I was 5. Peter/ The Catman was my favorite& this is my favorite song with him on lead vocals. I recommend Ace on lead Shock Me or New York Grove.

One of my favorites from KISS. The entire Rock and Rollover album is excellent! Garth Brooks recorded “Hard Luck Woman” on the KISS My Ass album that had various artists covering KISS songs.

Adorable how he doesn’t realize that actually is a double neckguitar, and both Paul and Ace are playing it. Although they’re not really playing the guitar, it’s just something for the video. 😉

Paul Stanley actually wrote this song with Rod Stewart in mind but ended up keeping it to release on their Rock and Rollover album. That is a double neck guitar. They're both playing it at the same time.

This is definitely one of my favorite Kiss songs. You really need to check out Nothin’ To Lose. Gene does the main vocal but Peter does the great backing embellishments. You’ll love it. And from his solo album which they all did is I Can’t Stop The Rain. A ballad and Rock Me Baby.
