This is wonderful looking at the past. Sad that some of them have passed on. I hope those are resting in peace and God bless those that are still with us.
Oh my ❤! My Alan looks like he having such a great time! He usually so quiet and reserved. So wonderful to see him caught up in the music and loving every minute of it!! Thank you for posting these great clips. I've loved this group for 49 years now ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks Janny- these are really good ones. My main man Alan is looking gorgeous as usual. Do you know where Supersonic was filmed? I've seen some clips of The Sweet on there, but not the Rollers til now. The show seems to have cool stage setups and effects that other shows didn't. Thanks for posting!👍💯🎉
Sorry but I have no idea where Supersonic was filmed. This is what I found online (London Weekend's studios, then known as the South Bank Television Centre)
@user-ii7im5dl4p The first time I saw them was on the Saturday Night show with Howard Cosell in September of 75. I've never heard of Supersonic being shown here, but I guess it's possible. We were big BCR fans after that and watched everything we could find with them on it.
@user-ii7im5dl4p i agree 100 percent. They were such a fun band and they made our teenage years a lot of fun. RIP Alan, Les, and Ian. Always in our hearts! 💔❤️🔥
@user-ii7im5dl4p Oh yes, I'm an Alan girl for sure. I loved them all though. My daughter gave me an autographed album that Les signed after she found out he had died. That was so sweet. I'll treasure that forever! 💟
This is the first time I have seen these Rollers' clips! The first one was missing from the concert for America! (?) There isn't a band that could reach the exciting performance level of the Rollers. Some terrific shots of them all but Eric is looking so strikingly handsome and totally involved. The second clip was obviously directed by Mike Mansfield who worked a lot with the Rollers and knew how to promote them. So great to get something new and thanks go to Janny! Regards, Jo.
This is one of my favorite songs. I always enjoyed dancing to this song when I was in public school. Thank you for posting it on RUclips. It brings back memories.
When Eric and Les are next to each other, 2 gorgeous icons.

This is so good. I remember waiting for supersonic to be on. 1:30 am on PBS on Fridays. I don't think I've ever seen this but I was 12..😅😅😅😊😊😊

OMG...I never knew the Rollers did 'Shout'. Is it on any of their studio albums? This is a real treat to see. Absolutely love it and feel the joy!

They were a good group way back in the 70's and 80s. Poor Les McKeon became an alcoholic
Leslie…oh my those gorgeous smiles. Catching the tartan banners, too. Can one man really be so sexy and talented? ❤️
