Anyone else find it hilarious that one: this dude is trying to unload a full clip on Michael and KITT, sees the bullets aren't penetrating, yet keeps firing
And two: While being shot at and fleeing for his life, Michael is treating it like he's on a chill drive with the top down? 😅😂
It was even better in early episodes, when he would laugh or even blatantly speaking troll comments, like in 'Not a Drop to Drink', when 4 diggers want to crush him and he asks 'Do you think they have bad intentions?' in a manner clearly showing he's totally trolling.
Two Back to the Future sets in one episode. This is heavy.
I love Michael's face when he's being shot at in the drive thru. It's just an ordinary day for him.

It's the drive-in cinema. It gets used in BTTF 3 as the drive-in cinema in 1955.

The segment just before they arrive in Cactus are some of the best super pursuit mode segments there are. Sure would like to see that part again.

Funny thing is the team did have cars with limited slip differential, yet there are scenes which made it into the show when KITT fails to execute manuver because there is no LSD in the car used. KITT vs KARR Hasselhoff tries hard to makes sideways launch but fails because there is no LSD and all power goes to one wheel. In Mouth of the Snake, driver wants to do 180 but again there is no LSD, KITT understeers and he has to realease throttle just to avoid going off the road.

Fun Fact, at 4:18, this the exact same set design that hey used for the TV series Gilmore Girls on the Warner Bros Studio lot aka Court Square, also used in Back II the Future Trilogy
Not trying to insult, but Dukes of Haxard & Gilmore Girls were a Warner Bros productions. Knight Rider, & BTTF were Universal productions. The town shown as Cavtus was the BTTF town square. Warner Bros is just as few miles away from Universal Studios Hollywood.

@@alski200 They didn't merge Universal Studios is owned by Comcast and Warner Bros is owned by AT&T. The only agreement they had in 2020 was a 10 year multinational media distribution that will distribute Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K Ultra HD discs which makes sense given the decline in popularity of the discs to digital. Warner Bros will distribute universals disc's internationally while universal will distribute them in North America. The companies themselves didn't merge.

How odd the device with the flashing bar lights he puts the red key into was also used by Bonnie in Junkyard dog to repair KITT.
That explains why Bonnie was familiar with the device and knew more about it than anybody there

That wax filmed at torrance drive in back in the 80s, man cool , I saw alot of movies there , my friend worked there as well.

I don't know what it is, but TV shows could never make that town set look lived in. It looked great in Back to the Future but those studio backlot shots just look lifeless. Maybe they didn't have enough time or money.
