Looks like a great time. Paris looks amazing. Worked part-time in my senior year of high school delivering for a French bakery. The smell of fresh baked bread & croissants brings me back to those days.

We were in Paris 2 years ago before the pandemic hits. Seeing all these bring back wonderful memories, especially the Galleries Lafayette with the beautiful stained glass dome. Wish we could go back to Paris soon.
I never wanted to eat something more than that croissant, on a you tube channel. I almost shed a tear. I really appreciated that perspective of the Arch, I have never seen it that way.

hi bill and lisa, just thought I'd let you know that what you guys are raving about isn't a croissant, it's "pain du chocolat"
translates to chocolate bread, basically it's a sweet loaf with chocolate baked into it... that's why it's so big and crunchy. wanted to tell you because you kept saying it's the best croissant but it's like comparing cupcakes to muffins :P

Nothing like fresh French pastries. We lived in Orleans, about an hour half from Paris in the late 60's and we would go to Paris. Thanks for the memories. Enjoy watching you!
