Ok, in my game there's no way to debuff the first attack unless you use AF and put guard on the party before it hits, and even them it's failed. I don't see how people are beating this over and over, they need to nerf this fight.
I used Nona AS for knockback immunity. for last turn you need x2 hold ground from Tetra charge skill + Sophia skill (Reincarnation + Adamantite Magia when max stack Luludy)

need her sidekick + pandora's can to make sure you can use Tetra charge skill at turn 5. otherwise need to gamble with Tetra + pandora's can proc
can replace with alter Dunarith / Felmina ES if you have the character
