      This may come up later.
      After the New Year.
For R plotly didn't work that well in the past. Maybe it is improved now though.

Yes indeed, the last time I tried to work with plotly on R, I ran into some snags; but as you said crossed fingers for better improvement. Awesome, any time when you guys can I will most definitely watch it. Thank you for the reply and all that you guys do.

Why use Anaconda? Most people coming to watch this video likely have some experience with Python and can use pip. And you can use pip to install Plotly. Personally I have used both conda and pip, but am more comfortable with pip. So when you start with "first thing we need to do is to install Anaconda" and then go thru the steps without explaining why we are even doing it or why you prefer it (instead of installing Plotly using pip, as the most natural step for most) it's pretty annoying, the video raises a question the answer to which is likely subjective or non-existent, but it creates that itch of "but what if somewhere in the middle of the lectures I'll end up needing conda and/or conda is the actual only right way to use Plotly fully.
Edit2: watching further, you do say that you could use pip or conda. Still, the question remains, "why do we need to install anaconda?" you can create virtual environments, and install jupyter numpy pandas and Plotly without Anaconda.

can I use in pycharm IDE/spyder IDE? It showed error "ValueError: Mime type rendering requires nbformat>=4.2.0 but it is not installed " in both IDE when compiled. I tried installing nbformat but no success

Feeling Gynaecologist after wathing this video. Entrepreneurs are very clever the made different libraies in python,so that people can eat whatever they wants. It might be Matplotlib or scifi or plotly etc......Oh dear they are very clever. In lockdown time i have learn business like"i want make a company which will produce Noodle. First 2 years i will give buy 1 get 1 free ,2nd year i will change the taste of masala, 3rd year i will change the packet of Noodle,4th year i will reduce the price of Noodle and so on..... Entrepreneurs are genius ,they just want "by choice or by force" make us to eat Pyhton,SQL,R,CCNA,CCNP.

Hi, I have an RCNN model trained which produced a frozen_inference_graph.pb , is it possible for me to use that model to create a dashboard using Plotly? Is there any reference that I could look into? Thanks in advance !

I once generated 3D plots with Plotly in RStudio. Somehow this (using Python and in Jupyter Notebook) seems a bit more tedious than that?

Thanks for the intro. How can I make plots like the triangle you show in the preview of the video, i.e., the equivalent to matplotlib tricontourf?

Hi everyone, I would like to know how can I change legend's name of a line chart in plotly. Because in the chart say trace 0, trace 1 and trace 2 for all series, but the real name are serie 1, serie 2 and serie 3.
    I need your help please.

I'm currently working on a machine learning course and it gave the option to either use Anaconda or use a separate IDE. so far I've had no real issue using sublime with the assignments until now. im at the portion in the course where its introducung Plotly, however, the course is showcasing it through the perspective of the Jupyter notebook and i cant seem to make is work with sublime. Is Jupyter required for plotly?

      Greetings,
That’s a great question! I would highly recommend using Jupyter since Plotly is heavily utilized in a Jupyter environment (and online) but Plotly does allow you to save the graphs offline and locally (although I haven’t tested with sublime). For example, this might help: plot.ly/python/getting-started/, and also plot.ly/python/offline/. You can use: se plotly.offline.plot() to create and standalone HTML that is saved locally and opened inside your web browser.
Hope that helps and if you would like to discuss it further or have any other questions please let me know!

For those who want to run in script instead of in jupyter notebook, your code should look like this instead:
    𝚒𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝 𝚙𝚕𝚘𝚝𝚕𝚢
    𝚒𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝 𝚙𝚕𝚘𝚝𝚕𝚢.𝚘𝚏𝚏𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚎 𝚊𝚜 𝚙𝚢
    𝚙𝚢.𝚙𝚕𝚘𝚝([{'𝚡':[𝟷,𝟸,𝟹,𝟺,𝟻], '𝚢':[𝟷,𝟸,𝟼,𝟺,𝟷]}])

Totaly useless video, it's not a tutorial for installing anaconda or importing any module. Everything you say is the same for every module for the first 5min.

exactly, seems more like an ad to advertise potty premium. plus he's just making everything look complicated. why import plotly and import individual methods again?
