This drama is so underrated. It deserved more recognition because we know how good its story line. I had been watching this drama more than 10 times and end up still crying like the first time I watched it. And who said Suzy cant potray her character properly? She did so well, esp in this drama. One of the best kdrama I would ever recommended for anyone to watch. It’s surely heartbreaking and who cares if it is end with a sad ending? We all know that sometimes thats how life works. In reality, not all matters end up in happy ending. And sometimes, sad ending is what truly depicts the realness of life. Well deserved and congratulations for all the casts of UF. Hopefully, more drama like this will appear on TVs more than those cliches happy ending one.

It's now 2023 and this drama still hits me hardcore. I didnt just cried. Ep 19-20 got me bawling in tears. Seemed like ive been in an extreme heartache i never even experienced before. Kim Woo Bin is very underrated!

I remember myself crying like hell over this kdrama. The saddest scene here for me is when he can't remember his mom but he remembered when his mom cooked the yukgaejang(??). Next is the scene of him with his hyung on the beach and lastly is the scene of kim woo bin and suzy under the cherry blossom when kim woo bin got confused of the past and the present
You forgot the part when he yelled that he doesn't want to die yet.Also the part where he asked his mom why he can't date eul.

This was my first kdrama. UF is so underrated and barely anyone I know knows it, only the true kdrama fans know it. I watched many kdramas but this will always be my favorite. I think it's because of how the plot goes. From what I get so far, knetz don't like the cliché story with a sad ending, they prefer the dramas with a unique plot and have a happy ending. Idk what's wrong with ppl who don't interest the simple story yet beautiful like this drama. Uncontrollably Fond and Scarlet Heart is simply beautiful tho.

this drama made me cry a lot I have the last 2 episodes to see. life is sometimes cruel but makes us realize or are our priorities and that life is precious and live every second thoroughly without regret, love, forgive cherish the people you love.
kim woo bin is amazing in this role, he gets us through all the emotions great talent. Suzy is also amazing. their chemistry is wouaaa. Congratulations to the team. The story is very sad, but it also shows us the reality of life.
I prepare my handkerchiefs for the last few episodes. I am hypersensitive.

I can't get over it like it's real. It was very sad and made me cry. It actually reminds me of death. We realize the value of our loved ones after they die, it reminded us that time is limited. It was one of the few TV series that made people say this is quality and acting. I hope I will get out of this depression as soon as possible because I am very, very impressed :(
I have been crying constantly since last night because my heart feels so heavy. I admit that I never let any drama get to me because, one- I am an ugly crier... I cry even at the slightest emotion change or I might be that sensitive, secondly- I think deep about the meaning or the message of that particular drama. And I would say this one got to me in a way that's bad because I cannot stop thinking about it and the realness of the story.
Such a beautiful drama, my sister asked me 200 times to watch this but I was busy with other things. As now I watched this so this is my Fav one. Always and forever. This song is everything to build self love and confident ☘

Should I watch it again? I actually stop in ep 2 before, because I got spoiled about the ending. And me being so young back then and a fanatic of a happy endings, I stop watching it. Just because I'm scared that I might have a hard time moving on with this drama and also I don't wanna cry. But now, as I grew older I became open minded of realities. That not all dramas should have a happy endings. And a drama with a sad ending, will always have a special place in my heart. I don't even remember a lot of dramas that have a happy ending, unlike the sad one. They always makes me emotional every time I think about it. They brings back the feeling❤🥺

i finished watching uncontrollably fond like two weeks ago....but a week after that i got to know kim woo bin was last year diagnosed with cancer...and now i can't come up with the fact..can't move on....already it was too hard with all these songs always playing in my head...and the final episode teared my heart....and this fact makes it even worse....can't tell how many times i listen to these songs... like i wanna ask is that normal...am i sane or not depressed kinda shit...what do i do i can't move on to some another series or movie...like i just CAN'T....😭😭😭😭😭

It’s 2023 and I just finished watching this sad but beautiful drama. The last 2 episodes was full of crying moments for me … conversations with his mom, his brother and with Bay Suzy. KWB is a great actor. The OST is also one of the best. ❤️
Who thought of putting this song into this series should be applauded. Quite beautiful. Reflects the ambience of the drama. In fact this is a very strong OST. Really like the blend of english and native language songs. For me this is one of the best Korean dramas I have seen. You have to follow it carefully due to the flashbacks, and many times things make no sense, and you feel such frustration, until it all comes together, at the powerful conclusion. All then makes sense. Some stunningly beautiful actors and actresses (Suzy.. wow), great chemistry. Up there in my top 3 kdramas

I just can't get over this drama and the fact that the role was portrayed by my favourite Korean actor-Kim Woo Bin- makes it much more unbearable. I am normally a person that doesn't easily get emotional in this kind of shows or movies, but man, this drama is something else. I finished watching it today and can't watch any other drama cause no any drama will satisfy me as much as this did and this trauma will last way too long for me I'd say. Especially, in the last 2 episodes I literally cried in every scene with every character. Shin Joon Young was such a soft and lovely character that his death is one of the tv moments I will never forget in my entire life. Oh Gosh, I wish we could have more episodes of this show. And please give Woo Bin more lead roles like this one🥺

And how long has it been since he dies? Before, no one could look at him without crying and now suddenly everyone is okay? What about his mum??.. what is she doing now?!?

Sarah A Almost all of the kdramas out there doesn't even have that thing called 'closure'- they leave you hanging with an achey brakey heart. Lol. You just have to 'learn' how to love it as it is. I actually prefer this kind of ending than end up crying my heart out witnessing how he is slowly worsening and yeah.
I don't mind open endings, it's just I didn't understand what was happening at the end
