Dosto aaj ke es video me maine aapko INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM ARCHITECT OR PLC/DCS CONTROL WIRING ke bare mein bataya hu jo most important hai Enginner as well as technicians ke liye.
Esme hamne ye bataye hu ki jo Control signals kisi v instruments ka hota o hamara field me Lage hue instruments I.e PT,PDT, FT etc se travel kr ke junction box ko jata hai with the help of branch cables then junction box me termination hota hai uske junction box se PLC ke marshalling cabinet ko main cables jata hai jo 10,20&24 pair etc ka hota hai. Then marshalling cabinet se respective I/O module me then cpu communicate karega I/O module se fir PLC ka cpu control room ke cpu se communicate karega with the help of communication module.

सर बहुत अच्छा वीडियो बनाया है लेकिन एक बात पूछनी थी जो डीसी वहां पैनल से उठती है वह कहां पर जाती है और फीडबैक वापस आने का क्या तात्पर्य है यह समझ में नहीं आया और सर फीडबैक वापिस कहीं बाहर नहीं आता तो क्या करें कांटेक्ट में एनओसी के थ्रू जो वायरिंग हुई है वह कहां से ली जाती है और कहां पर जाकर कि उसका एंड ऑफ द पॉइंट है

Sir, पहले २२०वोल्ट Ac PLC के पावर यूनिट में जाता हैं then usko २४वोल्ट में कन्वर्ट कर के आगे CPU or I/Os Module को देते है q ki PLC mostly २४वोल्ट pe kam करता है!
फीडबैक आने का तात्पर्य है जैसे मान लीजिए किसी valve ko On kiye , on करने के बाद valve on hua ya off hi हैं उसका जानकारी hme feedback se pta चलाता है

Not necessary, You can take it directly to the i/o Panel.
But whenever you do troubleshooting then it causes problems

Sir, suppose if we used a 12 pair signal cable from JB to panel... then there will be 12 positive and 12 negative wires in that cable...... Also there will be screened/ shield wire included in that cable or not?? If yes, then how many shield wires will be there? And what shall be the OD of that 12 paired wire to choose the appropriate gland size??
