Great talk 👏🏾 Now, all through the discussions and the event, heard a lot made mention of El Salvador... Not even once about the only African country that has also made Bitcoin a legal tender.: the Central African Republic (CAR - RCA). Two years ago. My question is: why is there so little coverage of what's happening in the French speaking Africa? Is this a language barrier, a cultural gap, a lack of curiosity? As an African I don't quite understand it quite yet
Its crazy to see how so many people spend their valueable time, and don't understand that the more time they spend, the more money or more powerful the company (or owners of that company) gets. It's almost like a money printing machine, which is nowadays almost running by itself, because people got so addicted to it.
4:57 No one needs to sacrifice anything. Bitcoin is economically incentivized. Things should be built inside of Bitcoin. Jack helped to hamstring bitcoin and now you should sacrifice outside of it for his ideology.
Love Jack. And am a shareholder of Square. Bitcoin for the future of money. Filecoin (FIL) for decentralised data. And Uniswap will likely be the star performer under Trump and the new SEC head.

What differentiates Bitcoin (digital Gold) from Bitcoin Cash ? They share the same scarcity with 21M Max supply The same White Paper & Genesis Block The same supply halvings and the same mining pools

How could bitcoin possibly uplift poor countries? No doubt you are aware of how high Transaction Fees will need to be if Bitcoin is succeeding in future, yeah ? In a competitive market with other networks where you actually CAN OWN your assets, and where you CAN AFFORD to use it, why would anyone in the global south use a network that will take over Two Days Wages for the simplest transaction - a simple send ? Why ? Over 95% of the world will never use bitcoin - the base layer. Unaffordable. Also - physically impossible due to the severely restricted capacity. Layer 2’s ? Yes, obvious it needs them. But can we agree Lightning has been an abject failure ? 95% of LN usage is 3rd Party Custodians. The very thing that Bitcoin was invented to avoid. See the 2nd sentence of the White Paper. Well done! Bitcoin and NOSTR are great tools for Africa… looking forward to see everything that gets built until the next ABC conference.
Well done 👍

Jack is a great not only in speech but also in action.

It is not bitcoin but a compromise that is government controlled... That's why
I think CAR had the bid to have Bitcoin legal tender overturned by their courts -
Because Sango Token 😅😢

You need to look at Bitcoin Satoshi Vision. BCH was just the bridge from hijacked BTC to the actual original Bitcoin protocol that can scale.

Jack Dorsey is the bad guy, the censor of Twitter, not a Bitcoin innovator.

He's literally putting his time, energy, and money into the adoption and advancement of Nostr. Whatever bad he did before, that's what he's doing now.
He build Nostr
And what have u innovated?
