Where did you go to school? A lot of these have actual League of Legends models too. Did you work on the One Piece game? Either way this is all some of the best most beautiful effects I've ever seen. Your degree paid off.

It's a hard time in your life and I can relate. But there is no excuse hiding behind an internet persona. You're in a pit house nestle and get bullied by people at school everyday. Shhhhhh it's going to be fine. I get it, it's hard getting by on taxes when you're an orphan so you get by on drug money. Been there and done that. I might advice you to seek help or go to a homeless shelter or adoption center. Remember the suicide hotline is 1-800-273-TALK (8255) . I am here if you need comfort, don't worry it's going to be alright. I have heard of many stories on Reddit were some kids went to a shelter and got adopted to a great family! Why not try your luck?
Hello, your question is confusing because you appear to have answered it yourself, but yes, the engine appears to be the Unreal engine. The particle effects are put together and emitted with a particle system within the Unreal Engine. If you are asking what other software was used to make the effects, they may have used any number of modeling software, texturing software, and/or animation software, but those don't really matter as much as long as you know how to use them. I would recommend Blender for 3D modeling and Photoshop for 2D textures, but there are multiple other industry recommended options to choose from, such as Maya, Mud Box, and Z Brush for modeling, or GIMP for textures, just for example.
