Ingredients:
Monji Hakh/Khol Rabi - 1kg
Hing - ¼ th tsp
Whole dry red chilli - 3-4
Special Kashmiri Vari Masala - ½ tsp
Sugar /Baking soda - 2pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Hot Water 1 and half glass

@@chanderprabha1197 aapko yeh aaram sey amazon par milegi. aap kashmiri masal tikki karkey search karo. par ingredients check zaroor karna, kisi main garlic bhi add hota hai.

Masala mein kya kya hai?
Ismain kafi sare masaley daltey hain plus urad dal. Phir sun dry karni padti. Aapko yeh Amazon par bhi milega. Par make sure ismain garlic na ho.

My favourite sag mam pressure release karne se bhi green rehta hai sag soda ki jarurat nahi padti kashmiri lady se seekha tha jammu me , apne jo masala dala hai usme kya kya hai ab aapke tareeke se banaungi

are there no spices like kashmiri lal mirch, hing, or saunf, sauth?
This dish doesn't need any spice to make except hing and one special Kashmiri masala called ver. It adds a different flavour only but not colour.
