    Ingredients:
    Monji Hakh/Khol Rabi - 1kg
    Hing - ¼ th tsp
    Whole dry red chilli - 3-4
    Special Kashmiri Vari Masala - ½ tsp
    Sugar /Baking soda - 2pinch
    Salt as per taste
    Oil for frying
    Hot Water 1 and half glass
