what's your favorite ice cream flavor, and why?

What's your favorite ice cream flavor? I have a lot of favorites but this one is one of my favorites because it used to be my dad's favorite ice cream flavor. When I said, "used to be" I mean he passed away. So I love eating this kind to pay respects of him and to honor his life to God. My dad meant the world to me.
