for this achievement do you have to run into all the specimens on endless including dying to taker? and can u run into the same spircmen room twice in the same run. thanks in advance
The Specimen researcher one does not require Specimen 9. it also doesnt matter if its the first or 100th endless run, just that you have seen each available Specimen in endless (excluding 9). If you mean game over and over. You just need to die to each of the main mansion's specimens (2-13) including 9
I forgot to elaborate but yes its specimen researcher i was asking about could u run into same specimen room because i ran into the otto room and i wanna run into it again to sunnmon the clown for the achievement. Thanks again
OH, yes you can run into them again. I recommend using the shortcut at the beginning of the endless run and enabling all Specimen you can other than Otto. It will greatly increase your chances to get him again since it marks him as not encountered that run. If your far along in an endless run however and you have already visited his room, it's likely not going to reappear.
i just got the clown!!!! it says i need one more specimen which i think is specimen 4 form is it just a random chance? I ran into them lots of times notmal form

for A_Rival mode dont you only need to beat the game with one of them turned off or does it have to be both?
Both. Also, you have to start a new game with them off. No using cheats or turning them off on the last second.

Do i have to read the notes for an amount of time for that note to count? Or can i just click on it and immediately keep running along?
You shouldn't have to wait at all. As long as you let the notes animation finish, I think you are good.
