Hi San, I'm afraid we have not got it on video but we think Mark used an inflated 260Q tied to the weight and wrapped it into the cluster to secure the weight :)
Hi San, you could also use two necks of the bottom cluster to tie through the pyramid weights eyelet. The ends of the Qualatex latex that are free, the other side of of your duplet knot still have plenty of stretch left to tie further knots. I hope my description makes sense and helps you?

Hi Agne, the companies that manufacturer the balloons will have the license (but do be sure to buy licensed products as you can get fined for selling unlicensed products) , you don't need to have a separate license to sell. Each country has different licenses they are able to sell. For example we can sell Mickey and Minnie licensed products made in the US in the UK, but not PJ Masks manufactured in Italy. I would recommend purchasing your balloons through reputable manufacturers and wholesalers.

Sand weights are so much easier with an empty bottle and a partially inflated balloon.
