Uk physiotherapist (nhs) sent me to have my foot scanned.
To which I discovered I have a bony spur on the heel, as well as another thing they were scanning the top of my foot foot. (very thorough job by (nhs) scanning department.
Once the results were in.
Physio was able to prescribe course of exercise treatment.
Which I’m currently on for the next eight weeks to then go back, to see how I’m getting on.
I was surprised I was able to get a physio available just by calling my GP surgery explaining to a receptionist my concerns.
I was also surprised he sent me for a scan
when he saw me.
I’m not complaining.
Thought you’d like to know. Out of interest.
This video popped up in my feed so I’ve started to watch it…
3min into it now.
