This isnt level 75, this is actually level 45 but using black enemies instead of red

long time since posted but if you just watch the beginning of the video the Defense tower is black so it is level 75 anyway there is a way easier way to do this you copy his strategy in the beginning but then put everything you have into 1 Magic tower until you get it to over 300 wait for the big guy to send guys out then quickly take him over you will lose all of your towers this way but it confuses the game they dont know what to do the game does not attack the big guy ever for some reason so if you can get him your golden

Im a bit late but to beat lvl 33 you need to wait for black and red to send their jellies and capture an original one i prefer the red one and after that all you need to do is to capture a side and fight the second color hope you will see this
