People who often does this (funny side) aren't good at playing snooker and are only capable of making fun of themselves and their game example would be Poomjaeng, Ebdon dumba** . Mark Selby is the perfect one who can handle both, Such a Champion he is.
Poomjaeng isn't that bad. His highest ranking was 37 and he was on the Main tour for 6 years and almost got back there after Q school. He isn't one of the better break builders but he is a very good safety and tactical player. But he really needs to improve his potting game.
