  • Follow Taylor the Kinesiologist through an energizing dynamic routine to move your joints through their full ranges of motion and to help you level up your flexibility! It's a great idea to perform flexibility routines frequently throughout the week in order to see the best results with your flexibility. It could be done right after you wake-up in the morning, before engaging in physical activity, or even as a break after you have been sitting for too long. Staying active and moving with a routine like this is going to prevent injuries, and help with alleviating muscle tightness & joint restriction!

    Thank you, my sis and I are really enjoying this video! Feels great! I am 53 with radiculopathy history and lately experiencing bad leg cramps on the inner leg, I hope this helps. Thank you!
