Well done. Bought back so many memories.Don’t know about you, but the hardest trek we had done, still have nerve damage. You are an inspiration to a lot of people, keep trekking!
Well done for sticking with it and not abandoning. The dodgy wheel, tyre and bottom bracket would be in my book a bad ride but endless mist and rain on top and it's mental. Glad you got through it and shared the pain with us but not a ride I'd want to do. Mind you a working bike and sunshine and it would be a great adventure. Many thanks for sharing the video.
Sorry that you had so much rain. No one would fault you for checking the weather forecast to see that the rains continues for days & saying pack it up and wait for better days. I certainly would not be against waiting for better weather. I would rather see you smiling. There is a better day ahead. Cheers !
Not many RUclips videos that can keep me watching for 1hr+ great video & amazing how you kept your chin up in some of those low spots, you did look almost broken at ponts. massive Kudos on the ride 👍👍
Thoroughly enjoyed the video. I’m impressed with your staying power, particularly over those first few days. And impressed how strongly you finished even, though the bike struggled.
Hello! My new friend. Wow! It's a bicycle riding video that gives me a lot of adventurous fun, greatest energy, and healing. I hope everything you do will be successful in 2022. 👍👍👍
-8 C outside. 88/100 Cadence drill while watching your ride. That plank bridge at 24-SCARY. What bikepacker has'nt talked to cows :) Thanks for taking us along for the ride
Just loved your video. If there was ever an incentive to go cyclo-touring this has got to be it. The big reservoir is Kielder in Northumberland, England, not quite a loch geographically. Thanks
Rainy weather there on the start, good it cleared up some at the end there. Nice road over the mountain. Thank you for sharing and wishing you a wonderful day.
Loved your content for years Josh, do you fancy a meetup and a couple of beers at Burley YHA this summer? I'm sure your other subscribers would love to come meet you too and enjoy the new forest
Amazing journey, shame the weather was so bad😢. How did you get home? The journey didn’t end there. Nowhere to fix your bike in that area? You should do a video on your return journey as that is the less fun part of these one- way trips
Absolutely ace video mate, just brilliant. So honest, very well filmed. And very well done to you, wow that took some determination. I will do it one day, you have now inspired me to get fit (sitting watching with cheese and beer!🙈) Thanks for a brilliant watch, I’ve just subscribed too. 💪💪🍺🍺🥇🥇🥇

Excellent video - I’m planning on doing the An Turas Mor (Glasgow to Cape Wrath) this September- out with midge season 🙏🏻so great to see some on bike footage and commentary 👍🏻cheers
Brilliant adventure :) I love watching your content, but I always feel sad for you surviving on just sweets. I know you've explained why you don't feel the need for hot food. But it would still be great to see you venture into improving your nutrition and perhaps investigating stoves, even if it's just for a hot chocolate. You never know, if you're properly fueled those mental highs and lows might be a bit more stable. Keep Smiling!
Absolutely loved your video. Done the Pennine Way and others, but hiking. Getting older now (60). Gonna put my lightweight camping gear and walking gear on my Carrera and have a go at this. Cheers pal. Take care. PS.... it pissed down for 13 out of 14 days when I walked PW. 👍🤣
Lovely video :) I have a question what do you use to charge your devices? I can see a lead connected to your head unit what is it? I am planning to ride 400 km soon and am not sure how to tackle the charging business.
Funnily enough we did most of this in the 80s up to Scottish borders way back in the 80s then some northern bits. Great adventure mate, well done, its that bloody keeping dry crap isnt it😂 but yes as someone said below, mention where your at, all the best to more adventurous times ahead . Cheers Tony 🍻
I go into these rides blind not really knowing where i am, i prefer it that way. The focus is really just in the moment then and not where i am and need to get to. I just ride as much as i feel like each day. So i don't really know where i am most of the time

Loved it. So beautiful. What time of year did you make it? We are planning to do it in early september of 2023, do you think we could get some favorable weather?
Great Camera work Fella! Good vibes only despite the rain. . You start Backwords South to North, as normal, how get back - got a train or cycle back 🙂? I like your handlebar, is it helpful with all setup? Anything you will do differently? Tent wise, bike security etc? Great Trip!

Why do cows spook you so much? They're just like big dogs, with extra slobber and a tongue like a cats. I just go through the middle of them with my dog when I'm on my bike, ignore them and they'll ignore you. Great video as usual. Keep pushing those pedals.
