My son is 5 and struggles with sleeping and calming his body down. Eluvium is something he loves having on. He asks for us to play it for him when hes feeling overwhelmed. When this song comes on, i can see a weight being lifted off his shoulders, its like he can finally let go of everything that he's thinking about and it shows in his eyes and body language. Eluvium will forever be that calm among the storm for us.
I went hiking once, and as I was going up a mountain the landscape became misty, so you could barely see two meters away. I instantly remembered the cover of Talk amongst the trees, so I played it on my cellphone as I kept on walking. When this song was just ending, I got to the top, to a cliff in which you could see nothing but white haze, covering the sky. It was like getting to the very edge of the world, being in complete nothingness, and this album set the perfect mood for that moment.

I used to go study in Montreal by bus, and when i was coming back, in the evening, I listened to this song while looking at the trees passing by trough the window. I was always between awake and sleeping, such a light feeling. It helped me going trough all this travel defenetly 🙏🏻
This Album ' Talk Amongst the Trees', reminds me of the First World War in Flanders Fields (Belgium),also the foto ! three lonely lost soldiers ! Something we should never forget ! It's a beautiful album, and certainly nr.6 ' Taken' . Thank you Eluvium.

This song is incredible. People say it's repetitive but listen closer it builds up. I like to keep a list of amazing songs like this.
