Both Billie and Finneas are so down to earth and so humble, if I wasn’t already a fan, I would be just for the way they act. Finneas is so protective over his sister too, it’s so genuine

I love how she stays so true to herself, how she genuinely cares about the people speaking to her, and how fin protects her. He stepped right up to speak for her since she was still so overwhelmed by everything.
I wouldnt go so far as to say shes the greatest artist of all time, but she sure is talented, her live vocals are astounding, and her personality is amazing...she and fin deserve their wins 100%, anyone that disagrees is just mad that they arent killing it the way they are in life.
that's exactly what's happening to me atm, I appreciate their music for how unique it is and the fact they literally produce it at home but i didn't gor really into it, since it's just not the type of music i normally listen to. But just seeing how genuine they are and all that makes me love them so much

It's true she didn't force the committee, but managers and the industry who work with her, who are friends with her, etc., have influence on her winning. And she didn't deserve any of those awards.
honestly, she deserved all of the 4. The nominations were shit in the first place, when we all fall asleep and bad guy were probably some of the strongest nominations (although norman fucking rockwell is better) andI think not a lot of actual music fans would be mad with billie winning all 4

I love that she asks “how are you” to the interviewer. Many famous people are coached how to behave in interviews and to not ask questions. So the fact she asks that just shows how human and real she is 💚🖤

The protectiveness Finneas has towards her is heartwarming. I am sure she is overwhelmed and probably is hating the competition of the industry right now. I can tell she wants everyone to be celebrated. But, her work and her voice has given so much to so many.

@@AnikaFtw Everyone "should" do a lot of things but there are still a lot of bad things that happen in the world. So I'm not focused on how I wish people to act, I'm focused on someone, celebrity or not, who speaks with humility & groundedness in every interview I see him in. I've come across lots of "normal" people who are rude, disrespectful, full of themselves, etc. So for someone that is literally on top of the world right now to say things like how much him & his sister were privileged growing up from simply owning a computer so that they can make music (another interview), is a level of gratitude that many many people, especially in their positions, do not have.

I have never considered myself a fan of Billie. I’m a casual listener. I don’t like all of her songs, which is normal for anyone. However, I did enjoy the Grammys because of her. Her speeches was truly to remember 🤣 It was obvious that she was in shock and floored by the results. I liked the humbleness that was displayed by her and her brother. I am now a fan of them just because of this.
Also I will giver her music another listen. I won’t automatically be like “nah” after the first listen.
I mean, personally Bad Guy is not even one of the best on the album (though very catchy). The musicality and lyrics, not to mention the visuals, they create for their other songs are amazing. You can't really say she's underrated at this point, but many of her songs are (if that makes sense). So many great songs.

When you first look at Billie as a whole, I can understand why people would think that she's just your typical famous person. But when you begin to look deeper into it and REALLY watch her, you will see that she is just this sweet, normal girl with an abnormal miracle of life that happened to her. She's a very blessed one, but a very humble one. Every time she's asked about her fame you can see in her face that she just can't even believe it's happening. I truly believe that at one point she was just like all of us, watching celebrities and now she IS one. I'm so proud of her and I hope she will always keep that humble mindset because it's beautiful.

Actually she asked the interviewer 'how are you' because she was so speechless and blown away with that huge unexpected situation, she had to process and everybody was expecting her to say something, not paying attention. And Finneas is best. Knowing what's going on, not bothering just going right with 'how are you'. Then he showed how wise and caring he is.

Billie is so so deserving of these. She (and Finneas) made a whole album full of (what I think are) really great songs, She’s done so much to promote and show her talents, and most importantly, she has probably the most genuine and loving heart in the industry. She’s so unproblematic and all she wants to do is make people feel something from her music. How could you not adore her (at least as a person)?

Don't talk before thinking, all though it's not humble to sell somebody's autographs etc, but the money received from it will be going for charity
All the items signed for charity were done way before the event. You honestly think the award academy is auctioning off a signed coffee cup? Lol no. They sign instruments and music related items for charity not a friggin styrofoam cup
