Fenugreek Seeds for Hair Fall
Take 2 tbsps of fenugreek seeds and soak in water. Leave them overnight.
Make a paste by grinding the seeds. The mixture will be slimy to the touch.
Apply the paste to your scalp and leave it on for around 20 minutes. Give a quick massage before you wash off with a mild shampoo
