Hey Chris, love the channel and it’s been super helpful to soak up a bunch of info on as many different travel options as possible. I’ve been scouring the internet for bag options for general travel and my upcoming (now slightly delayed) honeymoon, and while I haven’t found just the perfect luggage bag yet, I did pick up both the Osprey Daylite backpack and sling bag, the sling on your reccomendation.
I like the sling a whole lot for small jaunts around the city, but I have to say that the Daylite backpack is probably the perfect bag for me on an everyday basis. It’s simple, seems super durable, and it’s even great to wear while biking. I know some other channels have covered it but I’d love to see your take, as I think it’s a really solid all around daypack option. Cheers brother and keep up the good content!
I love having a rolling carry-on and the REI Ruckpack 18. It's perfect for my laptop, and has good compartments for organization.

Hi there Chris, first off thanks much for all the great videos. Really like your relaxed delivery and thorough descriptions. Maybe two bags you could review would be the Victorinox Touring Global carry on, as well as, the Eastpak Transverz Small. Thanks as well for answering me on Messanger a few weeks ago for my Osprey question. If you haven’t already given away the Patagonia Black Hole, I’d love to give one, especially yellow, to my wife. I grew up in northern Minnesota...so a fellow hockey player. I served as an Air Force C-130 pilot and now fly 747s for a major international airline. I moved to Italy several years ago as my wife is Italian and I have dual citizenship via grandparents. We live north of Venice in the Prosecco Region - love to host you when this crisis is over. My current flying is all cargo and we have been carrying all sorts of medical equipment and supplies from Asia to Europe and into Milan in particular. Happy to be working while my wife and two girls are in liockdown. Both girls home from university studying online and my wife is working from home as a pharmaceutical specialist for the Italian national health system. My parents still live in God’s Country so the bag could be shipped to them and I’ll pick it up on my next fishing trip. I’m planning on taking my family to Namibia on an adventure trip in the next couple years. All things considered, please award the bag to someone more deserving especially economically. Cheers and keep up the good work. I watch your stuff when on layovers - now in Hong Kong! Serious offer for some natural prosecco should you and your wife decide to visit the Veneto region someday. D

Hey Chris love your videos. It is nice that you are doing a giveaway during these tough times. I am a first responder though not in healthcare. I have to say my favorite bag is ebags motherlode weekender. I have the regular size and junior version. I like the style of Patagonia but loved the many pockets on the ebags. I did just purchased pakt's backpack on indiegogo mostly because of the hidden pocket and the waterproof pocket it may end up being my new favorite when I get it in August or September we will see.

I ended up going for the Eagle Creeek migrate duffel. I’m a one bag traveler currently living in China. I take lots of trips to Southeast Asia and one bag travel is great to avoid extra fees and the ease it brings going from a plane to a scooter to an overnight bus or boat...! Thanks again for the reviews and replying to my questions in the comments that help me decide on this bag!

Hi Chris, I’m a staff at 2 physicians’ offices and we see sick patients and have had a couple of COVID positive patients coming in. I hope to give the black bag away to one of the homeless patients here at the clinic since most of them have no storage for their belongings and they constant keep getting stolen for being outside. It’d be a huge blessing to be able do this. Thank you Chris and the biggest congratulations on your success!

Hi man congratulations on your 1k subscribers and I do work as a PATIENT TRANSPORT at LIJ IN NYC. and also wanted to let all know that I travel a lot internationally and my favorite check in bag ever is Patagonia black hole 70 liters rolling duffel and my favorite carry on is the north face base camp duffel size small or osprey transporter 40 and I would love to see a review on the north face men’s overhaul 40..

Congratulations on your milestone! Consider doing a review of the Modoker Convertible Garment Bag on Amazon for $45. Its a suit bag that zips into a duffel bag. I use it for carry on when I have to take a suit for weddings instead of my Osprey Porter. It's a great value.
Congrats. The first thousand is always the hardest to get. Some the ideas I've seen other good backpack reviewers incorporate that might help you get more subscribers :
1. Multiple camera angles. At least one more top down view (check out PackHacker quick hits or rushfaster!)
2. Variety of bags maybe? Your videos are probably the best source for hiking oriented travel bags - REI, Osprey, etc. Have you checked out brands like AER, Bellroy, that are the rage in an urban environment these days
3. How about a Patreon (down the line). To help you buy the bags to review and can give those out to the patrons?
4. Might be a bit of effort, but you could incorporate some better lighting and music.

Could you review the Nite Ize Runoff bags? They are fairly new and curious how well they work. You are so close to 1000 you’ve come a long way!
