afaik that's a time signature (for music to tell it note structuring or something i don't know much myself) and the first 4 means how many beats there are per bar of music i believe but i don't know what the second 4 does
@@raxygamer9053 the second 4, more specifically the number on the bottom of the time signature measures what each measure of music is divided into, so if it's four, then whatever number on top means it's that many quarter notes. If it's 8 it's eighths, if it's 16, it's sixteenths, and so on.
