Poles class act bears lucky to have him
Agreed, Poles seems to have a really good plan, and sticks to it. Nothing is perfect, but Pole's is doing a really good job fixing the Bears cap situation and rebuilding the roster. Huge assist from the Texans to gift the Bears the 2023 #1 draft pick, and the Panthers in trading basically 3 #1 and 2 #2 picks for it.

Waldron is great - watch the QB videos of Sullivan and Jenkins. Jenkins is reviewing film on Justin Skylar Fields after every Steelers game and is having issues trying to find fault with Justin. Steelers receivers can not catch the ball. Mooney had that problem but now is balling out. Montgomery is doing great on the Lions. Soon as Chicago trades players they do well everywhere.
