Thanks! I've felt there are lots of ideas for an EP or album in this one video - the 81Z is so inspiring when it's dialed in. Wish I had time to make that a reality.
I know you already did some video on TX81Z, very instructive et educational, but it is possible to make some videos with a basic patch at the beginning and show us how to transforme it in Bell or Pad...etc You can do many videos, with a couple of patches for example ! It would be great ! Thans for your answer ! Great job btw !
it would be pretty unfortunate, because they've kind of always been a comparatively affordable sleeper hit. and i've had one for 15 years and feel fairly competent programming it, but this just put all my patches to shame. i know the fancy big sky + timefactor are a part of the sounds here, but still. most people who grab one won't be able to make their own patches nearly this good and for the sake of convenience would probably be better off with a sample kit, if they're using a sampler/DAW.
Killer sounds! @gstormelectro: I checked out your blog for the available downloads, would you know where this bank would land if I load into my DX11? Would it replace Preset Bank A or the 'internal' Bank? Many thanks !
Man, you make all my favorite sounds on all my favorite synths. Thank you for existing.

this transcends your mind to the skies.. absolute beauty
Incredible programming, thank you for sharing.
FM synth + a little reverb never stops amazing me. Excellent demo!
Beautiful sounds
Wowsers, this bank is making me weep... smashing them into my TX right now!
Really great sounding patches.
Sounds better than the digitone!
The TX81Z is one of the better sounding Yamaha FM synths, along with DX7 Mk1, and TX7 tabletop unit.
Such a gorgeous demo!

Picked up a TX recently. I’ve got to figure out how to get these sounds in it!

Bank I is the only one you can overwrite
@@gstormelectro Is that the same on the TX81Z Bank I
@@jaykay5486 afaik DX11 follows same nomenclature, Bank I.
this are insanely good! way better than jexus' for dx27
They are very good, you are too kind :D
Do you sell these patches via sysex?
Or get them for free on my blog page. :D
Is it easy to program?
one of the hardest tbh
It's not hard if you know what everything means
Sounds veery undigital for something digital.
Second gen FM had a lot of waveforms, making it fairly easy to get close to anolog, but with a nice, FMish texture (love analog + digital).
