Good morning sir. Newly gcr owner here. Bago ko bilhin si gcr ko pinanood ko lahat ng videos mo. Dame ko natutunan. As first timer magdrive ng matic hehe. Balang araw magkakasalubungan din tayo sa laguna hehe.
Good day Sir, Im here saudi arabia i leave in molino camella, i purchased Geely comfort sports basic here in saudi at second car ko napo ito, lagi ko po pinapanood yung review nyo sa geely coolray...marami kc cya feature compare sa ibang sasakyan...thanks po sa tips about the car..

Congratulations! Welcome to the Geely Family. Naku, mapapalabas ka talaga lagi nyan kaya save up on gas. Remember to break in your vehicle. Long rides lagi and run on a speed na confident kang makapag break into a stop if something goes wrong. New car kasi, we don't know kung me hindi na tighten sa nut/screw or me faulty na component sa loob. Get the feel of your vehicle first, then pag naka 1,000kms ka na, balik mo agad sa Geely for checks then go sport mode na after. Enjoy and thanks for watching
hi sir! been watching your vids since planning ako to buy gcr. question po, have you ever needed to have parts replaces? kamusta po if ever? eto po kasi biggest problem ko on buying geely coolray so far. thank you! 😊
Nice review of this feature of the Geely Coolray. I just have one question, why do you still have a separate dashcam for your unit? Thanks and more power to your channel.
Thanks for asking. It's for my B-roll sa vlog po. Hirap kasi process ng video mula sa built in dashcam -- file format, tapos hirap pa kunin ng SD card (see here: ruclips.net/video/BHyQ2MkeafY/видео.html) Pero don't get me wrong po, the camera on the built-in dashcam is a lot brighter and has a lot more information. D lang video editor friendly. hehe Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks for watching
dito sa may bicutan sucat area (Marcelo Green Village), wala masyadong mapasyalan, puro traffic. buti pa sa alabang and beyond, maraming puwedeng ma-explore.

will do. sa festi and landmark ako nag-gro-groceries before pre-pandemic; miss the joyrides din sa area na yan. Hopefully, when my gcr sl comes in the next few days. (fingers crossed) Team White Rules! :P
Good morning Sir. Season's greetings! Just wanna ask (if you can share info) does excessive use of engine breaking can cause adverse effect(s) on the car's engine? Or maybe in the long run? Thanks in advance and drive safe always.
Warning: Long reply I'm not sure po how bad constant engine breaking will be po kasi kahit na nasabi kong okay lang mg engine break, as with anything that's being used, me wear and tear parin sya talaga so mapapaaga talaga buhay ng kahit ano bsta me usage (or minsan nga kahit wala, hehe) For me, I preffer using the breaks talaga to slow down the vehicle, pero sometimes po lalo na pag babad ka sa break, iinit break pads po and magiging less effective na sya meaning it will become a danger na kasi baka magulat tayo bilgang mg slip ang break. If you find yourself in this situation na mabigat dala mo or (at lalo na pag) pababa, use downhill assist or this engine breaking method to compliment the work of the breaks po para they don't overheat. As with everything po, our cars have multiple layers of backup systems and breaks + engine breaks are one of them. If you suddenly find you lost your breaks, you'll have this as a fallback. I hope this gave you some perspective on the value of engine breaks and I agree with you, it's not supposed to be used as a replacement to breaks :) Thanks for watching.
@@LivingintheSouthOfficial yes po sir. Thank you for your patience in answering my query. I really appreciate it po. This will help a lot of car owners, your viewers, subscribers and newbie drivers. Very very excited na po ako sa release ng coolray namin. Hopefully, if all goes well, sana po this december. Hehe Looking forward to meet you and other coolray owners in the future kapag safe na safe na mag club meet. Hehe. Drive safe po Sir. God bless.
okay lng po sir gumamit ng engine break lalo na pag pababa ang andar ng sasakyan..dito po ako sa ksa ,abha at every week bumababa me ng bunok pra mag beach..gamit ko po is 2nd gear, dahil medyo tarik at sigzag road...for almost 115km...so far so good nman po ang makina ng sasakyan ko..basta alaga po sa maintenace like change oil, filter..at 9 yrs n apo yung car ko walang palit ano man sa engine, kundi gear filter which is common nman every 3 yrs, over all good engine condition.(accent po pla car noon ,2013 automatic, pero kumuha po ako ng Geely coolray)
Sir, question lang po. Na curious lang po ako bakit po naka dash cam pa kayo? Hindi po ba nag rerecord yung front camera ng Geely? Thank you po and more power and ride safe palagi :)
Thank you for asking. It's for our vlog po. Mas madali kasi ma process footage from my old dashcam na gamit ko sa picanto ko over dito sa built-in na dashcam ng Coolray. I'll be honest, mas maganda at malinaw ang kuha ng built-in dashcam kaso for vlog, wala syang audio and hindi compatible ang file format ng built-in cam sa gamit kong editing setup (phone + capcut) Hope this helps and thanks for watching
Sa aking po d ko naman napansin po na me kabit even on higher speeds. If you do notice yours po you might want to have it checked po and if it's on my videos po baka it's just my driving habit na hindi ko napansin. Let me know po ha if you noticed me kabig ako, I'd like to actively correct that. Thanks for watching
It happens po pag switching to sport mode since nghahanda ng power yung catalytic converter so ngsusunog ng more fuel. It goes away after a few minutes pero if it stays for too long then you should have it checked. Smell of gas po is normal and is a sign the catalytic converter is working pero pag excessive na or uncomfortable na, best to have it checked by your case habang maaga. Do note, they will tell you normal yun so you'd need to be ready to tell them how bad yours is. Hope it helps and thanks for watching
@@LivingintheSouthOfficial my GCR s 4days old and i already had it checkd. They said nga its normal pero 3people there gave me 3difrent answers so i hav my doubts. Baka kasi BS answers lang. . I hav nt driven it above 100 na umabot ng ilang minutes, usually madali lang so i dnt knw kung mawawala ang amoy after maintaining 100kph for longer periods of time
That sounds serious. How much have you traveled na po? Milage? Baka kasi nasa break-in period pa so a couple of components are being worn in pa dahil bago Pero smell of wire burning is not something I experienced. Burn rubber or fuel, Yun pa Pero that's when I go on sport mode or floor the gas
I think mas matipid po ang matic pero this depends po kasi sa skill ng driver and sa location kung san po ngdadrive. Some may have a better outcome po sa manual and some have better numbers sa changing of drive modes throughout the trip. For me, what worked was to stay on cruise control po. I suggest you try them all and see what works best for you. Mind you po na you should do it to enjoy and educate yourself rather than trying to outwin everyone kasi for me, I felt really stressed pataasin yung numbers and at the end of the day, my receipts shows na I've spent roughly the same amount give or take a few pesos for trying to improve the numbers. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
