आपके बताए अनुसार मैंने सेव का सारा मसाला डाल लिया लेकिन सेव कड़क बनी और उसमें कलर थोड़ा डार्क आया एकदम रतलामी सेव जैसा नहीं आया इसकी वजह क्या रही

Chilly use in sev is different and ratlami sev made from hand using jhara
